The shipping options displayed on screen are tailored to the buyer's geographic location.

SIZE CHANGES

The first size change is completely free .

To request an exchange, the returned item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging. You can request an exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Products purchased during sales or promotions can also be exchanged following the same procedure.

To manage your size exchange within the European Union, please email us at hola@sabinis.es with your order number and the new size you need.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition , with no signs of use and the packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged, or are missing their original packaging.

How to make a return?

1. Write to us at hola@sabinis.es indicating your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will proceed to refund the same payment method used within a maximum of 10 days .
