The shipping options displayed on the screen are adapted to the buyer's geographical area.

SIZE CHANGES

The first size change is completely free .

To request an exchange, the returned item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and with its original packaging intact. You can request an exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Products purchased during sales or promotions can also be exchanged following the same procedure.

To manage your size change within the European Union, send us an email to hola@sabinis.es with your order number and the new size you need.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition , with no signs of use and with the packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged or that do not include their original packaging.

How to make a return?

1. Write to us at hola@sabinis.es indicating your order number, the products you wish to return and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will proceed to make the refund using the same payment method used within a maximum period of 10 days .
