Delivery takes between 2 and 5 business days in Spain. For international orders it will depend on location.

You will be able to track your package using the shipping confirmation email that we will send as soon as your order begins its journey.

At Sabinis , we are committed to the quality of our products and your satisfaction . If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return:

• Products must be in their original condition , with no signs of use, and with the packaging intact .
• Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use , damage or that do not include their original packaging.

Steps to make a return:

1. Contact us by email at hola@sabinis.es , indicating your order number, the reason for the return and the products you wish to return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions for shipping the product.
3. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will proceed to make the corresponding refund . Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 10 business days from receipt of the return.

Important note:
Sabinis ensures that all its products undergo rigorous quality control before being shipped. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you try the shoes indoors , on a carpet, so that they do not show signs of use in case you wish to return them.
